Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta/Facebook Application policy requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (Name and WhatsApp Number) stored in our system for notification purposes. You can submit a data deletion request through one of the following methods:
Option 1: Email Request
- Send an email to our official address: smartdprd.mura@gmail.com.
- Use the email subject: Data Deletion Request SMART DPRD - [Your Name].
- In the email body, please include the following information for identification purposes:
- Full Name as registered
- WhatsApp Number / Phone Number as registered
- Request details (e.g., "Please delete my name and WhatsApp number data from the SMART DPRD notification system").
Option 2: In-Person Request (Instant Process)
In addition to email, you can visit our office in person to request data deletion. Requests submitted in person will be processed immediately on-site by our staff with no waiting time.

Follow-up Process (for Email)
Upon receiving your request email, our administration team will process the deletion of your data from our notification system and database. This process will be completed within a maximum of 3x24 business hours. You will receive a reply email as confirmation that your data has been successfully deleted.
Important Note: Deleting your WhatsApp number data means you will no longer receive automated update notifications via WhatsApp messages (such as complaint status, aspiration replies, or E-Tamu schedule confirmations).
